• By accessing or using TypersWorld, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of TypersWorld after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Eligibility

• TypersWorld is available to users of all ages, including children.

• You may use TypersWorld as a guest without creating an account, or you may register for an account to save your progress and access additional features.

Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with TypersWorld.

• You agree not to attempt to manipulate leaderboards or game results through cheating or exploits.

• You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users.

• You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.

• You agree not to use TypersWorld for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

• Any content you submit to TypersWorld (such as usernames or profile information) must not be offensive, harmful, or infringe on the rights of others.

• We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

• All content on TypersWorld, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of TypersWorld or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of TypersWorld without our prior written consent.

• The typing texts used in our games may come from various sources and are used for educational purposes.

• Your use of TypersWorld is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

• We use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to improve our services. For visitors in the EU/EEA/UK, non-essential analytics/advertising scripts are loaded only after consent is accepted.

• If you play as a guest, we do not collect personal information, though anonymous analytics data may still be collected.

• We may use third-party services for analytics, authentication, and advertising. These providers may process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

• If and when Google AdSense ads are enabled, ad display is subject to applicable consent requirements and Google policies.

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

• You can delete your account directly from your account settings at any time.

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your account data cannot be recovered.

• Upon suspension, termination, or account deletion, your right to use TypersWorld under that account will immediately cease.

• TypersWorld is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that TypersWorld will be available at all times or that it will be free from errors or interruptions.

• We are not responsible for any loss of data, including game progress or scores, due to technical issues.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TypersWorld and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

• Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of TypersWorld shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (if any) in the past 12 months.

• TW+ is offered as a $6 USD monthly subscription or a $50 USD yearly subscription before applicable taxes. Paddle calculates and collects applicable taxes during checkout.

• TW+ renews automatically on the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. You may cancel at any time, and premium access continues through the end of the paid billing period.

• Eligible first-time TW+ purchases may be refunded when requested within 3 calendar days of purchase, subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.

• Paddle acts as the merchant of record for TW+ payments. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.

• TW+ is a separate optional subscription. The advertised prices are $6 USD per month or $50 USD per year before any applicable taxes shown at checkout. The free typing game remains available without a TW+ subscription.

• TW+ is coming soon and is not currently available for purchase. No payment or subscription is created by viewing the TW+ preview page.

• While TW+ is active, members receive the advertised premium features, including no site advertising and access to their complete saved race history. Free accounts retain up to the latest 100 races per mode. When TW+ access ends, the free-account history limit applies and older race records may no longer be available.

• TW+ renews on the selected monthly or yearly interval until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewal and paid access continues through the current billing period unless that charge is refunded.

• A voluntary full refund for the first completed TW+ purchase may be requested within 3 days (72 hours) of purchase. Renewal charges are not included in this voluntary promise. See our TW+ Refund and Cancellation Policy at /refund-policy. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle buyer terms may provide additional rights.

• Paddle is the merchant of record for TW+ transactions and handles checkout, receipts, cancellations, and approved refunds. TW+ subscriptions are not open for purchase on this site until the advertised features are ready.

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of TypersWorld at any time without prior notice.

• We may add or remove features, change game mechanics, or update content as we see fit.
